We run a range of after school activity clubs the majority of which are after school with some at lunch time. Children taking part in the lunchtime activities have their lunch immediately, ie 12 o’clock before going to their club. The children return to class at 1pm with everyone else. Afterschool activities start at the end of the school day and parents collect their children at 4.15pm.
These activities run during term time and children have to “sign up” at the start of Terms 1, 3 and 5. Sometimes the activities prove quite popular and fill up quickly and children need to be put on a reserve list.
Activities do not run during the first weeks of Terms 1, 3 and 5 or during the weeks when Parent Consultations take place (but this may differ so look out for notifications via book bag or text). Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, it is necessary to cancel activities – particularly the sports which take place on the school field. We endeavour to give parents as much notice of cancellation as possible.
