Yesterday, the children went on a 6 ½ mile walk with Ms Hull leading the way! The weather was beautiful. They walked through the forest, over fields to a point where they overlooked the sea. All the children did very well and met some farm animals and wildlife on the way. Apparently, upon encountering cows, Mrs Kay proved herself to be quite the ‘Cow Whisperer’!
After a well-deserved lunch, the children enjoyed a carousel of activities in the afternoon: Low ropes, climbing and archery. We’re yet to hear who the budding Robin Hoods and Maid Marians were!
Dinner last night was very popular – Build a Burger. After dinner, the children were so shattered from the fun packed day that they chilled out with a DVD.
This morning the children are being treated to Pain au Chocolates as part of their continental breakfasts. Today they will be doing a carousel of activities: zip wire, crate stack and the climbing wall.
Look out for another exciting installment tomorrow!
