Yesterday was the final full day, and it certainly was lots of fun for the group. The day started with cooked breakfast consisting of bacon, hash browns, beans and toast. This was the perfect fuel for their last day. Each group then completed the carousel of activities. The activities included: climbing, archery, zip wire, crate stacking and a low ropes challenge. Lunch was homemade pizza with salad which went down extremely well, with most people having seconds. Dinner was sausages with sweet potato mash and vegetables. After dinner, the children headed out to the Lee Abbey field for a bonfire. The children enjoyed star gazing and reflecting on the week, and all the fun they have had. It was such a lovely way to end the trip. This morning they have had croissants and are currently packing all their belongings before starting the return journey back to Redland. They have missed you all and can’t wait to see you!
