On arrival at Lee Abbey yesterday afternoon, everyone sat down to enjoy their packed lunch. Afterwards, the group went into Lynton and Lynmouth, to have a look around the shops and buy some souvenirs. Ms Hull was very impressed with the children’s polite and courteous behaviour – in her words their behaviour has been ‘impeccable!’
The children then enjoyed a ride on the cliff railway, and were amazed at the beautiful views of the coastline from the top.
The evening meal back at the centre was sausage and mash.
Games in the hall rounded off the evening before bedtime, and a well-earned rest for all!
Today, the different activities include archery, bushcraft and climbing. More news to follow in the morning!
