Key information:

• PE will be on Wednesday. The children can wear PE kit in on this day.
• Outdoor learning will be on a Tuesday. They can wear their outdoor learning clothing on this day.
• Homework will be set on a Tuesday and handed back in on the following  Tuesday. 
• Spellings are taught and tested on a Tuesday.
• Times tables are tested each week on a Friday.  Times Tables Rockstars can  really support their learning here. They suggest 21 garage games a week. The website can be found below.
• Year 4s have their times tables test this year, so please can you support them at home by encouraging them to practise their recall.
• Please can children aim for 3 x home reads with an adult, recorded in their reading record – this really supports their progress in their reading, their understanding of the world, their vocabulary development and their mental wellbeing.
