Welcome to Puffins class! 

This term our topic has a history focus ‘ World War 2’. We will be finding out about WW2, with a focus on the key knowledge:

The dates of WW2:  1939-1945

UK and USA were part of the Allied forces.  Germany, Japan and Italy were part of the Axis forces.

Children who lived in large cities were evacuated to the countryside.

Our previous topics have included:

In term 1, a history focus: Ancient Egypt. We found out about life in Ancient Egypt and how historians learn about the past. 

In term 2, a DT focus: Light up Christmas cards. We designed and made our own Christmas cards with light up elements.

Mr. Smith teaches the class on Wednesdays when I am released to fulfil some of my leadership responsibilities. You can still contact me via ClassDojo on those days and I am often on the gate!
